Juan was very knowledgeable and professional, and I truly enjoyed working with him. Great guy! I would recommend, and I will be using Santa Barbara Locksmiths in the future.

I had called around to other local locksmiths and they were the only ones willing to have keys made for a motorcycle. I got helped by Jose who was very helpful and honest, even advised me on how i could save money as well. Great, friendly staff with reasonable prices.

Very childish and unprofessional staff! I wanted some locks keyed and asked for a quote. When i went to pick them up they charged me more than what i was quoted. One of the workers took and extra copy of the keys to my lock when i questioned the price. That may or may not be illegal but is definitely immoral! At least i know where to send the police if anything goes missing. Stay away from this shop for sure!
