We have a puck lock on our security door. Most places do not carry this type of key. KeyMe said the do not stock it in the kiosk, but they would send it to me in the mail. So cool! They arrived when they were supposed to and worked great, I will definitely use KeyMe again.

I locked myself out of my car at work, I called this company at 4:45 pm. They told me a technician would arrive on scene by 5 pm. 5:20 rolls by so I call again. They tell me nothing but “we’ll call the technician and see what’s taking them so long” then would just hang up. This process repeated for about 10 times 10 TIMES. it is now 7:15 pm and I’ve finally had a technician reach out to me saying he’ll arrive in 30 min. They didn’t dispute the price. No discount. No NOTHING other then piss poor customer service and a whole lot of lies. This “business” if you’d even call them that was by far the worst I’ve ever had an experience with. I would never in a thousand years recommend this place to anyone. I’d love to see this place closed for good.
