Couple of years ago East Coast sold me a used VW fob that saved me a hundred dollars. In the first six months the chip broke loose and East Coast fixed it no charge. Same thing happened this week, and East Coast again secured the chip no charge. You could say they sold me a bad fob, but I'm the one who decided to go with a pre-owned one. The fact that they are standing behind it two years later is worth five stars to me

I was just there. I have a receipt to prove unlike some review bots. These are the 2 things I can say about it place: 1. Cheap 2. Fast They only charged me $58 for the job (programing 2 keys and creating grooves of 1 brand new key). Let me tell you a story quick: in 2017, I was in a similar situation in NYC. (Just Had to reprogram a key in the middle of the street because my car stopped and engine wouldn’t turn on, due to Chip/alarm issue) they charged me about $120 for it. I feel like the service I got today was so much cheaper, honest, and upfront. Also, I found the guy who deals with customers was very easy to work with. All around, excellent place!! They get my vote!

Because of my skin color the guy in the store refused to gave me service. I would never go back that store and not recommend this store anyone.

Friendly and Efficient! Be mindful that they require an appointment to be made online in this time of COVID and it was incredibly efficient. I waited a bit while they wrapped up another customer but ultimately was a quoted a more then fair price to have two keyless fobs copied from my original one.(I supplied the key fobs...$125 total price for both) They had me back on the road within 15 minutes of attending to me and paid far less then what a dealer would have charged. Don't hesitate and give them a ring\book an appointment online!
