Artur is very friendly, really seems to like what he does for work, and he did a good job. He looooooves animals and was very good with my new puppy and was in and out very quickly. Now, unfortunately, his level of communication is not great. I gave him 5 stars at first, but I've had to lower that score because he was supposed to be getting back to me about fixing my front door, and I've not heard back from him. I would call him again, but he needs to up his level of professionalism. Thank

Excellent service and very professional. I got my locks re-keyed the next day. Artur is very skilled at his craft. He worked very efficiently and the fees are reasonable. He went above and beyond and helped me reset my garage door, too. Everything works perfectly now. I’d definitely call for their service again. Highly recommend.

I called this company based on the great Google reviews and am glad I did. Within minutes of calling, Artur (the company owner) returned my call with a quote and was able to come change my mailbox lock within a few hours. He was flexible with timing, very friendly, and had a great sense of humor. The job was done in less than 10 minutes! Hands down the best price in town- would definitely use him again in the future.

Charged our landlord well over market price (ie. $280 for a front door lock set that costs $150 at Home Depot) for locks to be changed. Tremendously overpriced and the work was very okay, nothing extraordinary. I would recommend coming here to have a key cut, anything else I would steer clear.

Had to wait 3 weeks to get appt( guy was on vacation) to get new car key and have it programmed. Appt was at 2, guy came out 15 minutes later. Said at least 30 minutes. Not one available place to sit; (senior w/ a very bad knee). Was never kept up to date or informed about situation. Finally asked how it was going and after 1 hour and 15 minutes was told it couldn’t be done.
