My wife’s car broke down at one of busiest intersections in Normal at 7:30 AM. Cops called Joe’s. MIKE was the truck operator who picked up the car. He was absolutely on the ball, running to get the car picked up. I met him around the corner to settle up. He first put jumper on it and got it started. Nothing but helpful, courteous and professional. I will Definitely be calling joe’s again in any situation needing a tow, AND requesting MIKE, if possible 😀

They towed my car after police impounded it. I got my car back and it was damaged where it now vibrates when I turn and tries to break when I’m accelerating. I called and took it to them over my lunch break and they just kept telling me they don’t know how it would be their fault. My car was not doing that before they took it but they refuse to do anything about it. Do not use their services because if they damage your car in any way they’ll say they didn’t do it. I’m beyond mad considering I have to drive my car like this as well as have my 3 year old child in it. Not to mention the 326$ I had to pay to them to get it back even though they damaged it.

My car wouldn't start as I was leaving the grocery store. I called Joe's to have it towed to a mechanic shop. The representative I talked to on the phone was very friendly and suggested it might just be the battery. She offered to have her service technician come out and test it and bring a replacement battery just in case. It took just under an hour for the technician to arrive, but he checked the car and sure enough, the battery was shot. He quickly replaced it and had me back on the road in about 15 minutes. He was very friendly and I was pleased overall with the results.

Caleb was amazing. We have a Ford F-350 towing a 21 foot camp trailer. Blew a head gasket. Had to get towed into town. He went above and beyond and the office staff was helpful and kind!

Broke down on I39 south of El Paso hauling a skid steer trailer with a fully loaded flat bed F450. They towed us safe off the interstate and took Personel interest in our safety and made recommendations for supper and lodging as our vehicle would need service in the morning. The two fellas that came to our aid were top drawer. Very pleased with the service
