My car key snapped in the ignition while I was trying to leave Subway so I called Wise Locksmith as I had heard great things about them from my friends and family. They were attentive, punctual and unlocked my car, got the broken key out of the ignition, made me a new key and programmed it within 30 minutes. Michael was the one that came and helped me with everything. He was personable, kind and extremely skilled. I highly recommend!

When Chris ran this business they were great, they did good work in a timely manner for my business but since he moved to the other location they have missed appointments made promises and never even called back. I tried to get a job done in January and spoke with them three times it's the end of March and still no response

Went in for a quick rekeying of a couple of doorknobs. Even while juggling a lot of different responsibilities the guy who helped me was extremely courteous, friendly, personable, and efficient. I never felt like a bother. He was just as great over the phone too, which is appreciated. The job was simple, but he still took the time to explain things to me and double check that I got everything I needed.

I live just down the road from this place and I needed to get a copy of my key for my car before I sold it. I left a message later at night and Mike called me first thing in the morning and came right over to help. He was very professional and honest about pricing and what getting my new key and getting it chipped was going to involve. He made the whole process easy peasy from start to finish and the pricing was better than I thought it would be. Kudos to Wise Locksmith and Mike!
