I used KeyMe and messed up my 1st key. It was my first attempt. John graciously refunded my first key! even tho it probably was my fault that it didn't work. I didn't take it off of the key ring but held it in place. I suspect that is what happened. You probably should put a note on the first page that says "Take the key off of the Key Ring Dummie! I should have known better. I do like your kiosh and will use it again. Verrry convenient! Judy

I purchased four(4) keys from our house key. I loved the selection of key bodies referring to local professional athletic teams, like 49'ers, SF Giants, and Oakland Athletics. Each key received were tested in my front door lock and ALL worked perfectly. Thank you for such a professional effort. Makoto

I haven't needed a key duplicated in quite a while, googled a place to go and found Keyme. Easy and Convenient way to duplicate your keys. I would of liked to of had more key graphic options that were available at the kiosk.

I had to copy a mailbox key, which Minute Key at Safeway didn't even recognise. KeyMe offered to ship new keys to my home, which was great. I'd likely stop by here first if I had to duplicate a key in the future.
