Smooth experience. Their process is very streamlined and quick. I wanted to duplicate keys and RFID. Keys were done the same time and RIFD took about a week to arrive, but there was a great visibility on wash step of the process. I will use them in future too.

The directions at the kiosk were a little confusing at times, they could be made clearer. It told me to remake the first key, then proceeded to charge me twice for the one key. I was confused as to my choices of key designs. I just moved on and got brass to end the experience.But all in all, the keys worked and I got what I paid for. Also, I didn't have to stand in line! So, thank you!
