Great little locksmith shop. Went to have a few keys cut. I really hate the key machines in the big box stores. I have to have a human being making the keys. The human senses are much better than a machine's. Great service and fair pricing.

These guys are awesome here. Yeah the keys cost more to make than Home Depot but they get it right and do alot better service. When they do jobs on site they are even more awesome!

David and crew are THE option to go to for a safe in the Bay Area, especially a Fort Knox. Prices are fair, communication is great, timing is on schedule or early, and customer service is impeccable. Yet the most incredible thing that sets Orchard apart is that David takes immense pride in his work. David is a specialist and a master of his craft. David installs safes like he installs them in his own house. The door swing has to be balanced perfectly, no matter how many times he has to tilt the 1000 lbs box to add shims. Afterward, I tried to tell David he could skip windexing the safe and vacuuming the floor, but he insisted because he couldn't stomach leaving the job undone. Those are the little things that show he's a perfectionist. But beyond that, the install was done impeccably without a single scratch or scuff on a wall or floor. This is no mean feat when you're wheeling around a massive safe. Condo move rules, stairs, tight corners - none stand a chance. Watching David and Chris work the steel beast into place was truly an impressive sight as they called back and forth to coordinate and balance the weight (but not too loudly since they don't want your neighbors to know you're installing a safe). To think I had even contemplated a big box store option made me shudder because I would have been completely outclassed. Sure, you could buy a cheap foreign made safe from Costco and have it dropped off on your curb. You could test your friendships by getting your buddies together to try and muscle the thing into place, and hopefully not damage your house or body too much in the process. Or, you could call an expert like David who will install a premium American made product with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker. 10/10 would recommend.
