I called because I was locked out of my apartment, she showed up in the time she said she would; however was unprofessional and did not seem to really know what she was doing. She messed around with a bump key for a little bit and said we’ll just have to drill it which is not something I can do since it’s an apartment. Still charged me $60 for a wasted hour of my life.

The best thing with minute Key is that it's convenient. The keys are made well. I like the fact they are in the big box stores. The only down fall is when it ask for making more than one key and get a discount, many times I do need more keys for the same rental and there is no way BUT to start the process over again and of course get charged full price for another key. The pricing is high. $4.00 for the least expensive key.

My son accidently locked our keys inside our Suburban. Allen was very courteous over the phone and up front about pricing for services. We were camping over at Lake Wateree State Park and could not get any other companies to help us. Allen saved our trip!!!

The man who came to unlock my car was very nice and very fast. We had a nice conversation while he was working on my car and the whole experience was very pleasant. Would definitely use again and recommend. The price to unlock my car was 85, there is a three dollar charge to run a card.
