I called ELK at 1:45 as our front door lock wouldn't open/close. Adam and another gentleman came by 2:40, fixed it at were done by 3:00! Very professional and good price for a urgent job. Thanks also to Debbie for getting a hold of them so quickly!

Great shop. Very helpful guys. I had an antique chest with locking drawers and needed a key. They spent almost an hour custom-making a key for me. Only $25.

Quick and easy. A little exspensive, but great selection. Be aware they make it off site and mail it to you. Takes several days.

This place is a scam! Quoted a ridiculous amount to rekey a few locks, literally 4x higher than it would be to buy new doorknobs instead. When I said no they were quick to drop the price by $100, but I still said no. Then they proceeded to blow up my phone, called me from 5 different numbers each one asking if I still needed service despite my saying no every time!!! One of the phone numbers they called me from is reported to the BBB as a scam.
