Really cool idea. I had been needing a copy of my house key for weeks but everywhere else I went turned into a hassle. This was quick and painless. The only hiccup is that I couldn't use the save key feature in case I needed an emergency key in the future. The machine failed to read my fingerprint.

I locked myself out of a file cabinet. After a few calls around town they were willing and helpful enough to try a re-key ($15) as opposed to trying to talk me into a new lock (150+). A quick trip to the store (5-10 minutes) and my cabinet is ready to use again! They were friendly and quick. This is the place to go.
