Turned up on time and worked until my lock was fixed, then hand cut a new key for me perfectly. Wasn’t expensive and was incredibly friendly. If I ever need them again I will most definitely use him, highly recommend.

Do not call them unless they are the only locksmith in the state. at 5:38 pm I called nonstop locksmith because I had locked my keys in my car. They said they would send a technician out. I asked for an estimate of how long, the woman on the phone said 15-25 minutes. At 6:27 pm I called again, to see if they had an updated ETA. The (different) woman on the phone apologized for the delay, and said she would have the technician call me directly with the ETA. No one called me. At 6:48 pm I called again, with the same question. I was told (by yet another different person) the exact same thing. Once again, no one called me. I called once again, at 7:40 pm, only to be told that my work order had been cancelled and no technician was coming. No one had called to let me know that. By that time I had been waiting 2 hours in the pouring rain, and was finally able to make other arrangements to get into my car. I have never in my life seen such appalling customer service, and I used to work in fast food service for many years.
