I have used Park Avenue Hardware Emergency Locksmith many times in the last 2 years. Their locksmiths have always been professional, courteous and very skilled regarding their work. I got locked out and called them at 8:20. Got a call from the actual locksmith around 8:30 saying he would be here by 9. I waited until 10:45 before deciding that I was just going to go sleep at my parents house. I told them I was done waiting and that I had left and was calling to cancel. The locksmith still showed up at my house anyways and repeatedly texted me trying to convince me to come back saying that he would do it for cheap. The buisness then continued to call me 4 times past 11 pm asking if I still needed their service. They also called me another 3 times at around 7 am the next morning and left several messages. These people don’t care about their customers and clearly don’t know how to treat people. TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSEWHERE!

This company was dispatched to a work site my company was working at. They arrived over an hour late to the work site. Payment was made over the phone my company required a receipt. Numerous calls have been made to request for a receipt and still has no been sent. My company will not be using this company nor recommend it.

Thanks for helping me. I was running late for my birthday party and while unlocking the door of my car, the keys got stuck in it. I immediately called them. They reached within 10 minutes to repair it. They quickly fixed it and saved the day for me. Great!!!

A total rip off. A twice quoted job that should have cost 163.00 at most , cost me $583.00 in the end for a 10 minute job. No checks or Amex allowed for payment either Outrageous rip off ! Please please do not use this service!!!
