I got locked out and called them at 8:20. Got a call from the actual locksmith around 8:30 saying he would be here by 9. I waited until 10:45 before deciding that I was just going to go sleep at my parents house. I told them I was done waiting and that I had left and was calling to cancel. The locksmith still showed up at my house anyways and repeatedly texted me trying to convince me to come back saying that he would do it for cheap. The buisness then continued to call me 4 times past 11 pm asking if I still needed their service. They also called me another 3 times at around 7 am the next morning and left several messages. These people don’t care about their customers and clearly don’t know how to treat people. TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSEWHERE!

2 out of the 3 keys I ordered worked, so I guess it’s not terrible, but it would have been nice for all 3 to work. Thankfully, it doesn’t cost much to make the copies, so it’s not the end of the world that one didn’t work.

Thanks for helping me. I was running late for my birthday party and while unlocking the door of my car, the keys got stuck in it. I immediately called them. They reached within 10 minutes to repair it. They quickly fixed it and saved the day for me. Great!!!
