Arrived for the appointment 15 minutes before the said time and Installed the security system at my house and charged a reasonable amount for it. The technician was courteous and made sure that the system is working all fine.

I got locked out and called them at 8:20. Got a call from the actual locksmith around 8:30 saying he would be here by 9. I waited until 10:45 before deciding that I was just going to go sleep at my parents house. I told them I was done waiting and that I had left and was calling to cancel. The locksmith still showed up at my house anyways and repeatedly texted me trying to convince me to come back saying that he would do it for cheap. The buisness then continued to call me 4 times past 11 pm asking if I still needed their service. They also called me another 3 times at around 7 am the next morning and left several messages. These people don’t care about their customers and clearly don’t know how to treat people. TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSEWHERE!

I needed new keys for guest but decided to just leave the door unlocked as I had no time for an additional stop today. Leaving K Mart I noticed a key kiosk, hmm. The price was right and I could check off an item, unexpectedly , from my list of need to dos. A few minutes later I had new keys in my hands. When I arrived home I tested each of the keys (buy 2 get 3 ). Happily they all worked fine.

Hadn’t heard of them before using them in a KMart. Was super quick, in and out, opted to have the keys mailed to me because it was 50% off to do it that way - they came in a couple days. Awesome service.
