Note: this is an automated machine inside Lucky's. It's more expensive ($7.99-9.99) than Home Depot or a locksmith if you just want a standard key copied, but otherwise it's quick and convenient. For the fancier options like colorful keys, they'll probably need to mail them to you (3-5 biz days), but at least that's free.

Closed or Open? I called a little after 2pm to see if they were opened today, a Saturday, and they said yes and they'd be opened until 3pm. I told them I'd be right over. I got there at 230pm and they were closed. Tried calling twice, no answer. One word to describe this customer service, ''Ridiculous".
