I had technician Chris Volante change out my deadbolt lock. Chris was professional and friendly. He made some adjustments to my door and storm door to open, close and lock correctly. He also re-keyed my deadbolt to fit my existing key. He was just great and I would recommend this company. In fact, if I have to use this company again I would request Chris!

Chris was extremely personable and knowledgeable. As he performed work he explained what he was doing and therefore I gained a little knowledge on hinges, locks and how doors fit on your home. After the install and adjustments Chris showed me how to seal a door from leaks and how to open a door to help alleviate stress on the door knob mechanisms. He even explained a carbide rasp he used!
