He comes out and quotes me $19 for showing up, $75 to pick the deadbolt, and $40 to re-key a deadbolt, for a total of $134. I say ok and he proceeds to do the job. He comes back and says he needs to remove four security bolts and replace. Nothing is said about an up charge. I say, OK, you’re the locksmith. I thought he was worried about chipping some paint or something. He asks if I want the lock keyed alike with my other deadbolt? Again, no mention of extra money. I said sure, whatever. He comes to me with a $254 charge. I called the company, and they said immediately, without any pause, sorry nothing we can do about it. Do yourselves a big favor, have a reputable company come out for your locksmith needs, not this fly by night hack.

Not to helpful or kind customer service, when ask where something is the response is not let my me help you but it is over their ?. Maybe their years of service 🤔 have them complacent believing it will not get any better than this, we have what you need. Not helpful people at all. 2 Stars 🌟🌟 out of 5 Their like the old fry's and their no longer here.

Parking was available next door and on the street. No one acknowledge me while I entered or walked thru the store. The place is disorganized, dusty & lighting is dim. After finding what I was looking for, it required to be cut by an employee. When I went to the front where two women do the cashiering and look at their phones. I asked for help, but I was sent to look for the guy in back, whom was never present. No customer service whatsoever, even when one of them walked by me a couple of times. I try to support smaller hardware stores rather than the big box stores with political affiliations ( ie. Home Depot) But I left without purchasing anything.
