They don't compromise with their customers.. if you told to your customer you are going to be there don't waste their time and money. Not everyone has a car. Update The customer service guy he offered to reimburse the cost of one my ride. I didn't accept but I will certainly give the store a chance tomorrow. To fix my phone. Thank you!!
