I will not be using this hardware store ever again yesterday I got a phone call from a female that works there to tell me that my window screen that I dropped off over month ago and paid for the repair a month ago was ready for pick up. I told her that I would have picked it up sooner if I had been called and told it was ready. She tells me (in a very rude tone by the way) that somebody did call and the screen has been there over a month! Like it's my fault it's been there that long. Like I don't have room in my house for this screen and need to trick them into holding it for me! The screen that I had them repair goes in a window that currently has an air conditioning unit in it so I wasn't in dire need of the screen right away and I figured it was taking so long because Corona virus as everything slowed down and I was being patient and allowing them time to get the screen fixed. I wasn't in a rush but I would come to get it as soon as it's ready seeing as I paid for the repair when I dropped it off. So I tell the lady that I know how long it's been there and I would have picked it up if someone had called me but nobody did and she hangs up on me. I was on my motorcycle while having this call I was unable to check my phone history right then the once I got home I did and of course I had not received a phone call from that number ever before but even if I had this is no way to treat a customer who pays for a repair before it's even done. This is no way to treat a customer period!!!!

Terrible Customer service, very rude workers!!! I only went there because I’d don’t feel like driving to the Home Depot. I don’t recommend them if you want to have a nice day!!!!
