great local hardware store. They have a really good selection of Hardware merchandise. it's like a big box store without all of the inconvenience of a big box store I don't have to drive too far out of my way at all and I can find what I'm looking for, one of the inconveniences of the big-box stores is to have workers act as if it's a chore to help you find something. Not so here at this hardware store Friendly staff eager to help out. I need a brass connectors for a gas dryer they had them, when I went to The Big Box store they didn't have the ones I needed they were all out so I had to go to another one when I found this. I was really relieved as it is only one and a half miles from where I work

The place so organized and the workers are always trying to help plus I love the good rewards card it gives you points so you can get items for free the place haves everything you need!

I was trying to do right and buy in Detroit. But, in addition to the fact that they are expensive, their customer service is poor. I really don't like spending money in a place where they POINT to where something is because they are too busy to help a customer. Not too mention, they were about to wait on some loud man when I had been standing, waiting for service. Won't be back.
