Trish was great with communication and scheduling. Brian, the locksmith, was able to re-key all of the locks in our new home, including one we didn't have a key to, which presented a bit of a challenge. His persistence paid off and we were able to get them all done without having to replace any hardware. Very professional and loves dogs.

These guys are great! New to this part of JP but very experienced. Skilled locksmiths are hard to find but Brian is great, he took care of my broken lock and was so easy to work with. I also needed keys made and Trish took care of it, even a japanese motorcycle key that had to be ordered was no problem. They are super friendly and community focused and are a welcome addition to this and all parts of the Boston region. Oh, and their dog, Harley, at the shop is the coolest!

What I love about JP Lock & Security is their timely response, professional and honest approach to service and business! When I called Brian and Trish for our new business in Boston because the contractor on the job fell short on their delivery of our needs and they were not responding to our calls for the changes we needed to secure our building and to prepare for our opening! Our experience with JP Lock could not have been easier or more enjoyable. Within a short time after contacting them, they provided us with an estimate and came out to assess our situation -- which involved re-keying a few external locks to our three-unit building.
