I was so bummed when I saw my keys in the front seat of my car but I called Ricks and Sergio got to my location in 7 minutes, were so kind, professional, and quick! $75 was well worth it and probably the same cost or less than 2 ubers back and forth to my apartment to get my spare key! I saved time and it was so easy. Hopefully I won’t lock my keys in my car again but if I do, I’ll just call Ricks! I used Zelle to pay- another bonus!

Ricky came out at 11:30pm and thoroughly inspected the whole situation and figured out exactly what was wrong. He even has some knowledge of my truck and gave me some advice, so he taught me a few things tonight as well. His price was also very reasonable. Sergio (Rick) was so responsive, available immediately, came to my location, and diagnosed my car. He was informative, caring, honest, and unbelievably helpful. He explained what was wrong, gave me a quote of around what it should cost to fix, and even suggested a place if I didn’t have a trusted mechanic. His price was more than fair and he even sent me more info about the issue AFTER he left - so that I could be more informed of the issue. So thoughtful.
