I called KeyMe because it had a local address and I needed a lock repaired. It turned out to be a dispatch service which asked for a very high deposit to hold on my card for the appointment. The person who arrived was from another company and was very competent. He diagnosed the problem but could fix the lock because it’s not the type his company fixes. After a ver short visit (under 30 min.) and some good advice as to my options he left and charge went through for $266. Which was more than I recalled by about $20. Still, I was told it was to secure the appointment and it seemed that it MAY cost that much. I was shocked at the high fee. I’ve payed less for emergency hours plumbing where they did hard work for an hour on a Sunday!

This was quick and easy in a pinch. Price was under $10, and worth the convenience. The key worked perfectly. I went to ACE down the street for house keys and none of them worked. hmmmm....have a good day.

The key maker worked very well. Pretty fast. The keys work. However, it is a little creepy that you asked for my email and my fingerprint. I don't know what you will do with that data and assume it is likely to get stolen if you are ever hacked. I wish I hadn't submitted either of those bits of information.

Worked great. I have a key I've tried to duplicate a few times, but most hardware stores don't carry the brass for it. I gave the kiosk a try. Even though they didn't have the right materials either (it's an uncommon key type, I guess) they shipped the copies to me for free in a non-suspicious envelope. I also received a discount for my third key. (Note: I didn't actually use the "save my key" feature.)

I stopped at the kiosk inside food 4 less on a whim, and I’m so glad I did! The machine fitted my key at a price MUCH lower than the dealership was quoting. Keys came without fuss and work perfectly! No more lockouts for this human 😃
