This locksmith company is the best! I've had 2 other previous experiences with locksmiths before and both were awful. the other companies took forever to get to me, were so rude and charged a fortune. Amanda was so fast. She said 20 minutes and was there in 20 minutes and charged me a third of the other people and even informed me that I can file it with my car insurance and be reimbursed. I could not be happier. Everyone should use this company. They are so professional and went out of their way for me. Thanks On the Go and thanks Amanda .

Horrible customer service. Repaired poor installation (by tightening two screws) then demanded payment for 5 minutes of “labor.” No price list ahead of service. Claimed 5 minute visit was worth $100 then when I questioned charging a repeat customer for repairing a poor installation, he dropped the payment to $75. Refused to leave my apartment without payment. I asked him to email me an invoice and he said I had to follow him out to his vehicle to pay immediately. I called the office to speak to a supervisor and they literally “forwarded” me to the repair person standing in my living room. Terrible experience. I will never give this company my money again.

I was so bummed when I saw my keys in the front seat of my car but I called Ricks and Sergio got to my location in 7 minutes, were so kind, professional, and quick! $75 was well worth it and probably the same cost or less than 2 ubers back and forth to my apartment to get my spare key! I saved time and it was so easy. Hopefully I won’t lock my keys in my car again but if I do, I’ll just call Ricks! I used Zelle to pay- another bonus!

Ricky came out at 11:30pm and thoroughly inspected the whole situation and figured out exactly what was wrong. He even has some knowledge of my truck and gave me some advice, so he taught me a few things tonight as well. His price was also very reasonable. I am soooooo thankful for this service! My car battery died and I *definitely* needed to have the battery completely replaced. Sergio (Rick) was so responsive, available immediately, came to my location, and diagnosed my car. He was informative, caring, honest, and unbelievably helpful. He explained what was wrong, gave me a quote of around what it should cost to fix, and even suggested a place if I didn’t have a trusted mechanic. His price was more than fair and he even sent me more info about the issue AFTER he left - so that I could be more informed of the issue. So thoughtful.
