Ordered the key and it arrived in a timely manner. They were able to program it quickly. Very helpful. Will go back.

Bill Lock & Smith they are very professionals very outgoing very people-oriented they are the best I mean you know if they can do it without charging you outrageously prices they going to go for the cheapest first before they take you to the highest. They I think they can count on they like me they would get a person you know I know you can't afford this bill Lock & Smith is the best I recommend him to anybody I put my life on the line for Bill Lock & Smith on tight in North Little Rock Arkansas now that's the real ones but those guys and ladies in their berry berry respectable they could be the next in the one of these jobs White House on where are you know that's a that's a team there that plays together prays together stays together they going to stay together that's all I have to say about Bill locking stamps are the best

I have used them in the past. I call ahead to make sure they can help. I called today and told the person on the other end that I had a safe and the model #. He told me, "Our company doesn't do safes". (Then , why is the company named Bill's Lock and Safe?). Then he hung up.

The staff was beyond impressive. Some of the lowest prices around as far as key copies. Nice and patient. They are also pretty funny so thats a plus!
