I thought after calling and speaking with an individual twice that day that they would be in an actual store. Unfortunately, this is only a machine. I was told they could do office keys, but the machine I went to was out of brass keys. If you are just looking to get a quick copy of a house or car key this should do fine. Although the price it gave me was almost 4 times what I paid when I found someone to replace the brass keys later that day. Maybe that was because the kiosk was offering to ship them...
