Made a key for a 1975 Volvo 164e. It’s a very specific base key (wasn’t even in the log book) and he didn’t have any in stock, and his automatic machine wouldn’t cut the key anyway. So, he called a buddy of his nearby (he had driven up to N Everett) and got the base key, and HAND CUT a key using tools and files and and the tire of his van as a placeholder. It worked perfectly! Absolutely brilliant and a craft that likely isn’t common! If you have a rare old car, this could be your man. He was also very kind and I appreciate his help. Found him via AAA.
