The locksmith did not give any sense of the amount it would cost prior to coming and then did not give an accurate statement regarding the cost whether it was successful or not. The locksmith was unable to open the lock yet still charged the full amount. We were still locked out and down over $200.

Key me is an automated key duplication kiosk located in the west entrance of the Smith's maket place next to the claw machine. No locksmith services are available. The price per key is approximately $7.99 to $9.99. Keys get cheaper when you buy multiple copies.

Was told off because I wasn't interested in a $30 travel fee plus 50-200 to unlock my car. The owner even called me and told me off about it so I got a better deal at different company.

Nice enough people, but I hope you aren't in a hurry. Stood around for 15 minutes without an explanation or an ETA. Then they tested and worked on the key on my car without asking to make sure it was okay, while I waited inside. Not terrible, but *shrug* and they left my window down. HOWEVER, they are reasonably priced and gave a lock-out key with the computer code embossed on it, just in case. So I might recommend them, but I'd come on a warm day if I were you, so you can wait outside.

I work at a business where the owners hosue was broken into and all his keys were stolen. I called and spoke to a woman who was able to get me pricing and scheduled on a Holiday! When Patrick was headed out he gave me a call. When he got here, he looked over the locks and I told him about the house where I would need him to also visit to re key those locks as well. It took him some time but I am sure alot of work goes into re keying everything. He let me know when he was done- he also fixed my latch without me asking and didnt charge! When he got to the house, he quickly re keyed those and took care of a few other things we needed done- again without an extra fee! We had a terrible thing happen but Action/Patrick was great, helpful, quick and kind! Thank you again for helping us out on a HOLIDAY! We appreciate your work!
