I just called and asked if they could make a fob for me and the guy just told me “we can not do it.” And hung up on me. He also disconnected the phone call after picking up after two rings. Do better. Your customer service is pathetic.

Horrible service. Quoted me $180 to slim Jim a lock. I told them I would not do that. They started coming down. Ended up paying $80 for 5 minutes of work. These guys are flat out crooks breaking a window was cheaper then thier first quoted price. They prey on people un thier time of need.
