The locksmith did not give any sense of the amount it would cost prior to coming and then did not give an accurate statement regarding the cost whether it was successful or not. The locksmith was unable to open the lock yet still charged the full amount. We were still locked out and down over $200.

I had a big chunk of metal go into my tire, and they came by with a high quality Jack and pulled off a rusty wheel and replaced it with a spare. this is something that I could not have done myself with what I had. they even taught me how to do it next time.
