Can I give no stars? I was most definitely taken advantage of. Would like to know what others have paid to have an old truck unlocked that took not even 1 minute of service. They would not give the cost over the phone then charged $100 before unlocking it. So the price does not reflect the amount of time or difficulty in unlocking my truck. Then I get the receipt and there’s a credit fee, which I was not informed of. What a scam of a place. Never use them. Edit: I also find it fishy that you called my boyfriend to explain yourself and manipulated him into deleting his 1 star review. Then told him to have me call back and so I do but the voice mailbox is full and I never got a call back.. what the heck kind of “professional” place is this? Just rude. Not okay.

Worst service ever! "Amir" was extremely rude, condescending, and very aggressive to both me and my staff. I was quoted $120 for the service and when the receipt came through I was charged $139.99. I asked him (via phone) to leave me a hard copy of the receipt stating paid in full and he agreed he would. He did leave a piece of paper stating quoted amount but it did not state paid in full with correct amount charged. Very shady! I wish I could give this a rating of -5.

Do not go here or associate with these scammers. I talked to a lady on the phone that said the price was $30. Well after every thing was said and done, they charged me $90 just to unlock my car. They insulted me and my grandmother and threatened us with aggressiveness.

They wanted $265 just to drive out and reprogram 1 key for my 15yr old car. Nothing special just a regular key, not a keypad... I had precut keys and they wouldn’t reprogram them because they “had to use their own...” I might as well put down a payment on a new 2005 honda...
