Literally tired to charge me 400 for a new key for a Lexus 2001 Es 300 tried to say that was expensive when another key place said 160 total rip off .!

Looks like this is not actually a place, they outsource car key replacements to local locksmiths. They tell you different prices on the phone and then the locksmith comes to your house and wants to charge more. Furthermore he wasn't able to get me car keys with buttons and failed to program one of my keys. He gave up after 2hours and wanted to charge me for the keys he cut that don't start the car. He got frustrated and angry that I refused to pay for keys that aren't working.

Simply was just calling to see if they had the right key fob for my vehicle and they wouldn't give me a yes or no unless I gave them my address. I personally don't like to freely give out my home address and did not feel it was necessary. I've spent my morning shopping around and not a single business has asked me for my address in order to let me know whether or not they have what I'm looking for. The guy was very rude and hung up on me. Way to represent your business for the first time. Thumbs down. Not going to recommend a place like this. You just annihilated a chance for business with me.

It's almost comical how unprofessional these guys were. I'm not even mad. Called to see if they could copy a motorcycle key for me and the woman said "we no longer do that... we only open up compartments, so unless you have a compartment -- BYE!" ... she then straight up hung up on me. Hilarious, but unprofessional. BYE Keyme!
