The locksmith did not give any sense of the amount it would cost prior to coming and then did not give an accurate statement regarding the cost whether it was successful or not. The locksmith was unable to open the lock yet still charged the full amount. We were still locked out and down over $200.

Key me is an automated key duplication kiosk located in the west entrance of the Smith's maket place next to the claw machine. No locksmith services are available. The price per key is approximately $7.99 to $9.99. Keys get cheaper when you buy multiple copies.

Was told off because I wasn't interested in a $30 travel fee plus 50-200 to unlock my car. The owner even called me and told me off about it so I got a better deal at different company.

I requested to get 2 keys and as a bonus I was given a 3rd. Service was good. I now came to realize one of the keys does not open the lock for which it was intended.

Absolute rip-off and bad/rude customer service. I called, they sent the tech. He showed up got me in the car in like 30 seconds, and than he tells me, it will be $201.76 , and that he only accepts cash. im thinking WOW THATS ALOT OF MONEY. So we go to the ATM, i get the money, go to give him the money. I ask him, how much again, he says $205. Im like, you told me $201, and he's like, I did? OK ill take $201..WOW talk about dishonest. Than I ask the tech, how much for a duplicate key, and he tells me $100. I just gpt a quote from a dealer and it was $3.00 for a duplicate, and $30 if they have to make a brand new key from the database.. than I call the company up to ask about the pricing and why its soo high and such and the office girl tells me thats just what the prices are and hangs up on me.i don't think that theese guys have any repeat business. I know that im never using them again..
