The locksmith did not give any sense of the amount it would cost prior to coming and then did not give an accurate statement regarding the cost whether it was successful or not. The locksmith was unable to open the lock yet still charged the full amount. We were still locked out and down over $200.

Key me is an automated key duplication kiosk located in the west entrance of the Smith's maket place next to the claw machine. No locksmith services are available. The price per key is approximately $7.99 to $9.99. Keys get cheaper when you buy multiple copies.

Hired them to Program & Cut Key (I provided the OEM key to make it easier), On appointment date Programming was no problem but Technician forgot the tool to cut the key, made a 2nd appointment and Technician was not able to cut (he was nice but not the most qualified), took my key so he can get help and after 5 days I had to contact them and ask the status, at the end they were not able to cut my key. I requested my key back early that day and it was delivered at 10pm. *Overall i do not recommend unless is only for programming* *And no refund (technician said talk to the Manager), by then i was done working with them and based on how they worked i can only imagine the hustle to get a refund
