We were stuck without a key and had been stood up by several other locksmiths in the area. We contacted Bob on a busy Sunday afternoon Randy was able to arrive within an hour and a half, which is at point was very reasonable. Randy worked tirelessly for two straight hours in the hot sun two get the correct key codes that were needed to make a new key. Randy is a very nice and caring person who did a great job!

Great experience. My young child locked her bedroom door and it has a key lock that our landlord didn’t give us the key for. So after struggling to open it all morning Bob’s employee was here within an hour and a half, and had it open in minutes for me. He also put 3 new privacy doorknobs on for my landlord to prevent the same problem. Really good price ($65 for lock out and $15 each for doorknob) and he was also very nice. Saved our day!
