The locksmith did not give any sense of the amount it would cost prior to coming and then did not give an accurate statement regarding the cost whether it was successful or not. The locksmith was unable to open the lock yet still charged the full amount. We were still locked out and down over $200.

Key me is an automated key duplication kiosk located in the west entrance of the Smith's maket place next to the claw machine. No locksmith services are available. The price per key is approximately $7.99 to $9.99. Keys get cheaper when you buy multiple copies.

Had the worst experience ever. You call and they tell you a technician will call you back within 15 min. Two hours later, no call. I tried this over 10 times over the course of 2 days without ever hearing back from anyone. When I asked to speak to a manager they said a manager would call me back. Nothing. The other weird thing was every time I called I talked to someone “new” and the person gave me a different name each time, but they all had the same voice. Kinda just seemed like a scam. I could rant forever about how terrible this all was. But I doubt you really want to hear. Just take my advice and don’t ever call this “company”.

I attempted to use this business. I went to the address listed on the website, which was a home of someone unaware of this business. I called the business and when I tried to verify the address with him, he said he couldn't give me that information and wanted to have a technician contact me. I declined service.
