First door key I cut at the kiosk did not work. I reported that and was emailed a coupon for a free recut. I didn't use it for a long time but it did not expire, which I appreciated. Second key I cut at kiosk (for free) worked perfectly. The best thing was that I also needed to duplicate a mailbox key, which Home Depot doesn't do. Was able to duplicate it at the kiosk, and while I had to wait for it to be mailed, it arrived in a few days and worked perfectly. Keys copied using the kiosk are pricey compare to Home Depot or Lowes, but the convenience of the kiosks being in the grocery stores is the real benefit.
