I had ordered keys at a kiosk and the first cut key didn’t work . I called customer service and they refunded that key . A week later I received my other two keys in the mail and they work great . They have excellent customer service and I will highly recommend them.

Empire Lock & Safe saved us today. The lock fell off our door and the building was not secure. Empire Lock & Safe came out in a timely fashion and did an excellent job before we closed. Of course this gave us a sense of relief!

Last night we had just gotten home from the store only to realize that we locked ourselves out of our house!! We called Empire and they came quick! Our locksmith guys name was Justin, he was super friendly and professional. This wasn't the first time we had him either!!
