Tell you they do auto keys on their website but the machines in store only do house keys and don't give you an option to have the car key mailed to you like other key kiosks do and their prices are higher than the Lowes and other kiosks too

Quick and accurate. The price is reasonable. I wish they had more options of keys, though.

Do not & I repeat DO NOT go to these people if you locked your keys in the car. Initially, they called me AFTER sending a tech out. Told them that I don’t need the services, because they already had sent out a tech. After the tech did the job & i had to pay $167, $30 to get the tech out & the extra $137 for a poor job done! I called them to let them know the issue & they said that I had canceled the services, which wasn’t the case because I only called this number! TERRIBLE customer service. Had several people hang up on me & after the technician damaged my car door, the company said they would not provide me with a refund nor fix my door. Sent out a guy who clearly did not know what he was doing! Tech never provided me with a quote, had I know it would’ve been that expensive I would’ve declined the services. Was told I could have told him not to provide the services, but I would’ve still had to pay him money regardless of the fact! This company is clearly Fraudulent! Please DO NOT call here. They will rob you from your money! There are cheaper prices out there! If it were for me I would give 0 stars!

This is fraudulent advertising. They do not exist in Smyrna. It's a referral service. That may be useful for finding a locksmith who will come to you but all I need is someone to cut a key fob key. The referred, mobile locksmith asked my name, which I refused until asking if they could help me and how much it would be The wanted to charge almost $30 for a service charge before doing any work and without a cost estimate. It's a key. There's no additional charges. I already have the key blank. I said no thank you and hung up. The salesperson called me back, saying we had been disconnected, when I had clearly said no thank you and hung up. EDIT, 10/11/20: In regards to the response from the service, I believe I've been clear above. I need a key cut. I own the blank. I'm not paying a service charge to then pay an unknown amount to make a key. I think I made it clear you unable to provide the service I need. Repeated attempts to contact me won't fix that. The hard sell approach isn't appreciated. It teeters on the line between customer service to stalking.
