I had ordered keys at a kiosk and the first cut key didn’t work . I called customer service and they refunded that key . A week later I received my other two keys in the mail and they work great . They have excellent customer service and I will highly recommend them.

I've driven past these guys a few times thinking "I'll never need it but good to know." Well I needed it. My wife and I got locked out of our house. I called Empire at 840 at night and Justin was at my house in 15 minutes. He verified I lived there and had me in in no time. Even made me an extra pair of keys. Thanks again!!

Empire Lock & Safe saved us today. The lock fell off our door and the building was not secure. Empire Lock & Safe came out in a timely fashion and did an excellent job before we closed. Of course this gave us a sense of relief!

Last night we had just gotten home from the store only to realize that we locked ourselves out of our house!! We called Empire and they came quick! Our locksmith guys name was Justin, he was super friendly and professional. This wasn't the first time we had him either!! The first time our dog locked us out of our vehicle, and Justin came to the rescue. He came quick and was just amazing overall. I 10/10 recommend Empire lock & safe. When you call, ask for Justin!!!

I agree with other reviewer that they are extremely rude on the phone. Refused to come to my car and copy my cadillac key and reprogram it because in her words: "sorry sir that is not a service we offer regardless of the money". So I am not really sure what they do because all the ads for them state they do exactly that. The locksmith just up the road was very pleasant and let me bring them my key and copied both for only 25 dollars. I don't even know how these guys stay in business with the customer service agent they have. Truly appalling. I even asked if I bought a set (2) keys from them, had them cut and program it, and she still would not shut up long enough to hear me. DO NOT USE them. Support another local business.
