I called this company from a city I do not live in, and a bunch of foreigners answered. They didnt help me properly and wanted me to give them an address of my location of which I didnt know. If they were professional enough they would have known how to do that instead of asking me to hang up and google it and then call them back! I've never had a company ask me to do such a thing before. Then called me over and over like a telemarketer would call me. This was on the same night. Then, lo and behold on Tuesday morning I get a call again about a locksmith! What?! I just have no more words for this...

i called to get a quote, and was told they couldn't program the remote. That the key would work. The key does not start the car, only unlocks the doors. I called to get a refund, but they told me they do not guarantee their keys, and referred me to another company that will charge me the same price, and guarantee their work. Do not use them, go to A1 Lock and key instead. when you see all 5 star reviews, do not believe it. FAKE!

Johnson's Lock and Key is THE ONLY place I go for all my lock and key needs. I try to support local businesses as often as possible and Johnson's has been a part of Franklin since 1977. These "mom & pop" type stores are falling to the wayside the further we get into the 21st century! I dunno. Nostalgia keeps my loyal. I'd much rather take my business here than some nationwide box store chain. But trust, Johnson's Lock and Key deserves all the business you can give them. Hard working, honest people that do quality work. What else do you need? :)
