I had ordered keys at a kiosk and the first cut key didn’t work . I called customer service and they refunded that key . A week later I received my other two keys in the mail and they work great . They have excellent customer service and I will highly recommend them.

I called Empire at 840 at night and Justin was at my house in 15 minutes. He verified I lived there and had me in in no time. Even made me an extra pair of keys. Thanks again!!

Last night we had just gotten home from the store only to realize that we locked ourselves out of our house!! We called Empire and they came quick! Our locksmith guys name was Justin, he was super friendly and professional. This wasn't the first time we had him either!! The first time our dog locked us out of our vehicle, and Justin came to the rescue. He came quick and was just amazing overall. I 10/10 recommend Empire lock & safe. When you call, ask for Justin!!!

Not a real company no locksmith is in the Walmart or lowes complex another scammer. Just like all the mount juliet locksmith ads. Verify they are state licensed before using there services, there are only a couple licensed companies local precision locksmith and rainbow lock and key
