Worst customer service experience ever. Took 2 hours and they charged $180 to unlock my car. I’ve never seen the price that high before. Absolutely awful, you also can’t reach anyone on their main phone number.

Don’t waste your time. Horrible customer service. Guy who answered the phone started yelling at me when I asked if he had a time estimate. He would undoubtedly be even worse in person. With the amount of locksmiths in this city this company does not deserve your business.
