They tell you $19+ to come out to you and say it'll be $125 & up the tech will let you know. Not a huge issue but the rep told me how can we give you a price on the phone if we don't know. I asked so you can tell me $500 and I say no and I'm still out of $20 and a key. She replied let's be realistic I said I am because you refuse to give an estimate. My issue is they can charge whatever they want once they come out and the consumer loses $20 if we refuse to pay what they say. It's only $20 but some people just don't hand the extra income to give if the quote is too much.
