AMAZING is the only word I have for this local company!!! I'm a local small business owner and had trouble unlocking my door this morning. I tried spraying stuff in the lock but it just wouldn't unlock and felt jammed. I called Kittles and they were literally out here within 15 minutes of my call. The gentleman was so nice and professional...It took him less than a minute to figure out what happened and fix it!!! Thank you so much for coming to my rescue!!! I highly recommend Kittles to everyone!!!

I don't have time to document all the details, but wanted to give a shout out to Shaun for going above and beyond, helping me find a Kwikset pound-in deadbolt cylinder. Absolutely phenomenal service, WAAAAY beyond what you get at box stores. I'll certainly be using Kittles in the future, and hope if you're reading this, you'll go see Shaun as well. This guy Kevin black was amazing. He came on time and communicated with him the whole time. He even offered me a discount, so I gave him an excellent tip and want to give him a great review. He was so nice and quick and efficient! Props to you Kevin

This guy was suppose to show up at 4:00 pm yesterday. Was a no show, tells me he will be there between 7:00 and 7:30 pm. Doesn’t show up again after waiting for him until 8:30 pm. He only responded to me after I told him I found someone else. That text message came in at 9:15. He is clearly a liar and has no sense of time or cares about his customers! Do not use this company !!

I would not recommend this locksmith. On the initial visit, they were 3 hours late. The lock was installed; however, it was a remote access lock, which requires a smooth bolt action. The bolt would close, but it was not smooth. The locksmith told me that he had installed these types of locks and knew how to do it. I told him that I would handle the programming at a later date. I called the locksmith, informed him of the issue and scheduled a time to fix the lock. Day one - no show no call. Day two - no show no call. Texted him @ 7 PM for a follow up. Locksmith said he would come right now; however, I was not onsite. At that point, he become angry and started to give me a lecture on what I did wrong. Conversation was over. I will be hiring another locksmith to finish the job. There are several other locksmiths in the area.
