This guy was suppose to show up at 4:00 pm yesterday. Was a no show, tells me he will be there between 7:00 and 7:30 pm. Doesn’t show up again after waiting for him until 8:30 pm. He only responded to me after I told him I found someone else. That text message came in at 9:15. He is clearly a liar and has no sense of time or cares about his customers! Do not use this company !!

I would not recommend this locksmith. On the initial visit, they were 3 hours late. The lock was installed; however, it was a remote access lock, which requires a smooth bolt action. The bolt would close, but it was not smooth. The locksmith told me that he had installed these types of locks and knew how to do it. I told him that I would handle the programming at a later date. I called the locksmith, informed him of the issue and scheduled a time to fix the lock. Day one - no show no call. Day two - no show no call. Texted him @ 7 PM for a follow up. Locksmith said he would come right now; however, I was not onsite. At that point, he become angry and started to give me a lecture on what I did wrong. Conversation was over. I will be hiring another locksmith to finish the job. There are several other locksmiths in the area.

AMAZING is the only word I have for this local company!!! I'm a local small business owner and had trouble unlocking my door this morning. I tried spraying stuff in the lock but it just wouldn't unlock and felt jammed. I called Kittles and they were literally out here within 15 minutes of my call. The gentleman was so nice and professional...It took him less than a minute to figure out what happened and fix it!!! Thank you so much for coming to my rescue!!! I highly recommend Kittles to everyone!!!

They are amazing. My steering wheel was lock and my key wouldn't turn. When I called Kittles they were professional and very helpful. They were able to take my old worn out key and make a new won that works wonderful. I will be recommending them to friends and coworkers.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Kittles Locksmith! These guys were my saving grace when another local locksmith company I had previously hired to repair commercial office locks, left me in a worse situation than when I started, and wouldn't return any of my phone calls. I was able to easily make an appointment, and they actually called me to complete the job early. It took these guys less than an hour, and I finally have functioning locks. Their professionalism, quality work, and great value are more than appreciated, and I definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you!!!
