AMAZING is the only word I have for this local company!!! I'm a local small business owner and had trouble unlocking my door this morning. I tried spraying stuff in the lock but it just wouldn't unlock and felt jammed. I called Kittles and they were literally out here within 15 minutes of my call. The gentleman was so nice and professional...It took him less than a minute to figure out what happened and fix it!!! Thank you so much for coming to my rescue!!! I highly recommend Kittles to everyone!!!

I don't have time to document all the details, but wanted to give a shout out to Shaun for going above and beyond, helping me find a Kwikset pound-in deadbolt cylinder. Absolutely phenomenal service, WAAAAY beyond what you get at box stores. I'll certainly be using Kittles in the future, and hope if you're reading this, you'll go see Shaun as well. This guy was suppose to show up at 4:00 pm yesterday. Was a no show, tells me he will be there between 7:00 and 7:30 pm. Doesn’t show up again after waiting for him until 8:30 pm. He only responded to me after I told him I found someone else. That text message came in at 9:15. He is clearly a liar and has no sense of time or cares about his customers! Do not use this company !!

I would not recommend this locksmith. On the initial visit, they were 3 hours late. The lock was installed; however, it was a remote access lock, which requires a smooth bolt action. The bolt would close, but it was not smooth. The locksmith told me that he had installed these types of locks and knew how to do it. I told him that I would handle the programming at a later date. I called the locksmith, informed him of the issue and scheduled a time to fix the lock. Day one - no show no call. Day two - no show no call. Texted him @ 7 PM for a follow up. Locksmith said he would come right now; however, I was not onsite. At that point, he become angry and started to give me a lecture on what I did wrong. Conversation was over. I will be hiring another locksmith to finish the job. There are several other locksmiths in the area.

DOOO NOT!!! USE THIS PLACE!!!! I was supposed to have a key fob replaced & he did not do that but he managed to completely ruin my door handle. AND THEY WILL NOT MEET ME TO FIX IT OR EVEN REIMBURSE ME FOR THE REPAIR!!!!! I was scheduled for 10am yesterday. Then it moved to 12. Then 215. Then 345. Then 45 minutes later. I finally saw him at 945 with no repair just a broke door handle & no return calls or text!!!!!

Locked myself out of my car at 3 am, this was the only company able and willing to have someone come out before 8 am. Which was awesome! It was a 45 minute commute for the gentleman, he was nice when arrived. But when it came time to pay he told me it would $260 which is outrageous, for a 30 second job. I can understand a minor up-charge for the hour and travels. But it would’ve just been cheaper to break a window, buy a new one and replace it myself.
