It's great to have a hardware store with excellent customer service. I had a home improvement problem and received great advice and excellent service almost immediately when I went to the store. This personable interaction far exceeds any level of service I had at the big box hardware stores. I highly recommend you check out this store.

About time!! Wow! I have lived in this area 25 yrs and finally this hardware store brings me back to my childhood. 40 years ago, walking in our local hardware store with my dad, on a mission to get some tool or device for our home improvement project. Dad wasn't super handy, but the staff at our little store would make the project easier when it was explained. The familiar faces at the register turn their heads and say "good afternoon, let us know if you need help". Just like this store. Sitting on a mat smiling was the owners dog, (soft and furry security that loves to be acknowledged), just like this store. Within a minute, a manager, owner or store employee would greet me down an aisle and ask if they can be of help. Same happened here. This is customer service at it's finest. This Ace's Hardware has all my boxes checked and remembers the good ole days of being a real part of the community. Thanks for the great experience and many more to come.
